Shipping and Handling
Shipping is handled through USPS Priority Mail. If you need other UPSP options, email us and we may be able to accommodate other shipping options through this provider.
Returns
Returns must be authorized through an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process. Please send an email to sales@shopbluenow.com to initiate the process. Make sure to include your order number, contact information and issues with the order. We will do our best to resolve the issue. All products returned must include the original packaging.
